What sort of appointment should I book?
 

If you haven't visited our clinic before, you will need to book in an Initial Consultation for Clinical Myotherapy, or an Initial Remedial Massage session.  Choose from a 60 minute or 90 minute consultation for Clinical Myotherapy. Only 60minute Initial Remedial Massage is available to first-time patients.

Review appointments are available to returning patients. Choose the time frame that suits you, or discuss this with your Myo in your next session.

Clinical Myotherapy uses clinical assessments and testing to understand your condition, and a variety of different treatment options alongside movement guidance to assist you to make lasting positive changes, and help you reach your stability, movement, & strength goals.

Remedial Massage specifically uses hands-on techniques for rapid relief to get you through the next 48-72 hours.
